The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan
It is impossible to see the 26 million artifacts in this museum in less than one day - don't even try.  Be at the doors as soon as the museum opens & don't leave until it closes.  We bought tickets for three attractions, but we only had time to visit the museum today.  We will (attempt) see the other two tomorrow.  I highly recommend touring this museum to anyone who is interested in history, science, culture, politics, etc.  It has a lot more than just cars; however, the car collection is amazing also.

The microscope used by George Washington Carver - circa 1900.

Henry Ford's collection of classical violins

President Abraham Lincoln was sitting in this chair when he was assassinated.

Rosa Parks was arrested for not giving up her seat on this bus.

Wind Walkers

President Kennedy was assassinated while riding in this car.

Willy's Jeep from World War II

The Allegheny Locomotive

One of the original Holiday Inn signs

Remember this?  Can you look at this picture without wanting to sing?
